Career
As a founding partner of SUMMA 4 Asesores Legales y Tributarios S.L., he conducts all practice of Tax Law with special focus on the tax planning of the Family-Owned Business, in estate and inheritance planning, as well as advice on operations of acquisition or sale of businesses, or corporate restructuring operations.
From 1995 to 2008 he conducted his professional career at Landwell (PricewaterhouseCoopers) in the Tax Law Department and in the Family-Owned Business specialty, also having extensive experience in tax advice in corporate restructuring processes.
He previously worked for 4 years at Citibank Private Banking as asset manager, at Andersen Consulting as a consultant and at the Bank of Spain at the Balances center, implementing accounting matters.
Gonzalo was born in Madrid and speaks Spanish, English and German.
